1. DELIVERY POLICY
At JBS Energy, we provide FREE Courier delivery to any address within South Africa. However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports and municipal workplaces.
Whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely.
2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and sent within (the most) 2 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order as well as the availability of our stock. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.
There are 2 delivery options available for customer, Courier (Free Delivery) and Local Pickup.
Standard Courier – is FREE for all orders and it takes approximately 5-7 working days to reach you from the time of order and monies reflected in JBS Energy’s bank account.
Local Pickup – if you’re in or around (or driving through) George, you can do a local pickup within (a maximum) of 3 working days, depending on stock availablility.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with The Courier Guy, with your waybill Number.
Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
3. MODE OF PAYMENTS
We accept payments via VISA/MASTER credit and debit cards, as well as EFT.
We use PayFast for all card transactions (a local South African company with world-class security standards).
If you choose the EFT Option, your order will only be started once the monies reflect. Please send your proof of payment to email@example.com.
